Terms and Conditions
Unfortunately, due to finding more people not following through after requesting cavies we are having to toughen up. Apologies to the many people who have never let us down but we hope you'll understand.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit (unless of course anything happens to it/them before collection) is required for any cavies preferably by Paypal but postal order/cheque is fine. The cavy/cavies will then be taken off site
- All cavies will be held for 5 days awaiting a deposit. Should this not be received within this period it/they will be re-released for sale
- All cavies must be collected within 5 days of agreed collection date. Should this not be done the cavies will be released again for sale
- The buyer is responsible for arranging courier transport if this is required, again to be arranged within 5 days of agreed date
- We will no longer be chasing up on deposits or collection, it is the buyers responsibility after all!!
